WILHELM II 25TH ANNIVERSARY POSTCARD ALBUM 35+ CARDS – UNIQUE

FOR SALE

ORIGINAL ALBUM – WILHELM II 25TH ANNIVERSARY POSTCARD ALBUM 35+ CARDS
MANY REAL PHOTO POSTCARDS — RPPC

Unbelievable — untouched, embossed on front cover 1888-1913 – 25th anniversary of Wilhelm II or William II who was the last German Emperor and King of Prussia, ruling the German Empire and the Kingdom of Prussia from 15 June 1888 to 9 November 1918. I have about 40,000 postcards in my collection, and have to thin down. I believe this album was in a large collection of a retired dealer that I purchased almost 20 years ago. This is not a “made up” album, but exists as originally assembled, probably about 1913. I have not even taken the cards out to describe, but I believe you can see what is there from the images, and I will copy some of the statements on the front. Here is the front cover of this amazing collection of about 35 post cards (actually 36). Thus, at opening bid costing less than $3 each PLUS the original album.

and, as you open up the album, you first see this postcard of Kaiser Wilhelm II – number 2478 Verlag von Gust. Liersch.

I believe I have included all the pages for you to see. As usual the album pages are brittle, and corners crumbling with handling, which I have kept to a minimum. On this next page on the right is “Unser Kaiserpaar I’m Jubilaunsjahr 1913” – an anniversary postcard

There are also cards of the Royal family, princes and princesses. Here is Kronprinzessin Cecilie with her children, and on the right a number of men from the family

I guess this is the entire Royal family

I do not know where to begin with descriptions, if you have questions as to details, please contact me.

Probably one of the most unique collections offered in original condition “as found” and I hope underpriced for immediate purchase and your pleasure. Some Wilhelm II real photo postcards retail for $30 each and up.
