2001 – FORD F150 PICK-UP FOR SALE

I purchased this truck about three years ago when I was in my “vintage camper” phase. Initially purchased to pull my 1965 AIRSTREAM CARAVEL, and then my 1959 FAN Camper, below. Click on the bottom images for larger views.

Looks like new – the shorter bed, but with four doors and full two seats. Plastic liner in the bed, and I purchased the tonneau cover for added sleekness — this style does not look dated at all. Some details:

1-a southern truck, this has only been north about half its life – I have details on original owner
2-BIG PLUS — NEW ENGINE, less than 5,000 miles
3-Downside I am told – two-wheel drive, but for my use was not an issue
4-Tires look new
5-I last drove in mid-December 2023, but in mid-May 2024 she started right up after six months sitting
6-Slight downside – in December there was an occasional hiccup with lower speed acceleration that then smoothed out. Researching I learned the emission system can cause that, and first replace gas cap, which I did – was fine for awhile, but started again. Probably something simple to fix for someone smarter than me. Prefer to let you solve the “hiccup.”
7-I have list of items replaced (e.g. radiator) prior to my purchase
8-has been repainted, looks like was bumped on side rear once
